At Affilaio (operated by Rekhilesh Adiyeri and WEBZAK Cyber Technologies), we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines our policies regarding digital product returns, coaching program withdrawals, and membership cancellations across all our platforms, including hub.affilaio.com.
1. Digital Products (Courses, Challenges, Templates)
Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our offerings, refunds on one-time product purchases will only be granted within 7 days of the original transaction if less than 30% of the material has been accessed.
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must submit a request within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- You must not have consumed more than 30% of the course content (based on our learning system).
- You may be asked to provide a valid reason or evidence of implementation.

2. Affilaio Golden Hive & Diamond Mastermind Memberships
These are recurring subscription-based memberships hosted on hub.affilaio.com. Here’s how refunds and cancellations work:
- 7-day refund window from the first subscription date for new members.
- After 7 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable, including renewals.
- You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges. No prorated refunds are provided.
- To cancel your membership, log in to your account dashboard or email connect@affilaio.com.
Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
3. Group or 1-on-1 Coaching & Mastermind Programs
Refunds for coaching sessions or live mentorship programs are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally:
- 14-day refund period for long-term coaching packages, provided:
- You have attended no more than 1 live session, and
- You have submitted any required prep work (e.g., onboarding tasks).
- If the program includes downloadable bonuses, tools, or digital products, the portion used may be prorated or deducted from your refund.
- Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
4. Bundle Purchases or Promotional Offers
If you purchased a bundle of products or services under a promotional offer, individual items may not be refundable once accessed. Full refunds will only be considered if:
- You’ve accessed less than 30% of the entire bundle.
- The request is made within 7 days.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include:
- Full name and email used for purchase
- Order ID or screenshot of payment
- Reason for the request
We will respond within 2–5 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Exceptions & Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:
- You have downloaded substantial parts of the course or membership materials.
- You have violated our community guidelines or terms of service.
- Your request is outside the allowed refund period.
- There is evidence of refund abuse (e.g., repeated refunds across multiple products).
In such cases, your access may be restricted without refund, and we may report fraudulent activity to payment processors or relevant authorities.
7. Payment Methods and Processing
All payments must be made in INR or USD via authorized methods, including TagMango (via Razorpay or Stripe). Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
If your payment fails, your access will be paused until the payment is updated.
