Affilaio, operated by Rekhilesh Adiyeri via WEBZAK Cyber Technologies (“Affilaio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and contributors to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines the process for submitting claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512).

The DMCA Framework

The DMCA provides a formal process that copyright holders may follow to notify online service providers, such as Affilaio, of alleged copyright infringement. It also provides a process for the accused party (user) to respond via a counter-notice.

This policy is not legal advice. We encourage all users and rights holders to consult with legal counsel before taking any action under the DMCA.

Addendum: Proprietary Educational Materials and Brand Protection

Affilaio’s DMCA process also applies to the unauthorized use of our proprietary educational materials, coaching frameworks, and digital assets. This includes:

  • Blueprints, frameworks, PDF downloads, infographics, videos, and SOPs (e.g., Reverse ROI, Online Assets Ecosystem, Income by Impact, AIO Copywriting, AIO Launchpad)
  • Course modules, lesson structures, and proprietary models (e.g., 6P Affiliate Funnels and Niche Selection, etc.)
  • Visual branding elements such as logos, branded slides, and system names (e.g., Golden Hive, Diamond Mastermind, etc)
  • Any unauthorized mirroring, cloning, or repackaging of Affilaio’s coaching, community, or training platforms

If you discover such materials copied, resold, or reused on another platform, website, or program, you may submit a DMCA notice on our behalf or report it to us for internal action.

We reserve the right to pursue copyright claims against users or entities who republish, plagiarize, or sell Affilaio course or coaching content under their own brand. This applies regardless of region and is enforceable under:

  • Indian Copyright Act (1957)
  • U.S. Copyright Law and DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512)
  • Applicable international copyright treaties and trade dress protections

Important Responsibilities and Legal Implications

  • All takedown notices and counter-notices must be submitted under penalty of perjury.
  • Submitting false or misleading information can result in civil liability and criminal penalties (see 18 U.S.C. § 1621).
  • Notices that do not comply with the requirements of the DMCA may be considered invalid.

Before sending a takedown notice, please:

  • Review the content thoroughly.
  • Ensure that the alleged infringement is not protected under fair use, license, or similar exceptions.
  • Consider contacting the uploader directly as a first step.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on any Affilaio platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email us at connect@affilaio.com with all of the following:

  1. Your full name and electronic or physical signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed (e.g., link to the original content or a clear written description).
  3. Identification of the infringing material on Affilaio (e.g., URL to the page, screenshots, or description of location).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your contact information, including full legal name, address, phone number, and email address.

Send your takedown request to:
📧 connect@affilaio.com

Please note: DMCA notices must be received in plain text or typed email format. We discourage sending attachments (PDF, DOCX, etc.) as they delay processing.

Counter Notification—Restoring Content

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may file a counter-notice. To be effective, your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including the location where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (for U.S. Users) or Indian court (for users outside the U.S.).

Send your counter-notice to:
📧 connect@affilaio.com

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action.

Automated Takedown Abuse

We do not accept DMCA notices submitted by bots or automated services. If you are using a third-party service provider, ensure that:

  • They manually evaluate each claim.
  • They do not submit bulk claims using generic language.
  • You retain full responsibility for the legal accuracy of all notices submitted on your behalf.

Repeated submission of invalid or abusive notices may lead to loss of DMCA privileges and potential legal action.

Disclosure to Affected Users

By submitting a DMCA notice, you consent to having your complaint and identifying information disclosed to the alleged infringer in accordance with due process under DMCA § 512.
