2. What We Mean by “Spam”

Spam (Unsolicited Commercial Email) includes:

  • Emails sent to recipients who haven’t given express consent.
  • Bulk emails with irrelevant or misleading content.
  • Unauthorized sales messages through WhatsApp or social media.
  • Messages sent using scraping tools, purchased lists, or black-hat methods.

Affilaio does not use scraped, harvested, or bought email or phone databases. We believe spam harms everyone — recipients, platforms, and legitimate marketers.

4. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out Options

Every email you receive from us includes a simple, one-click unsubscribe link. You may:

  • Unsubscribe from GetResponse emails via the footer link.
  • Manage Substack subscriptions via your dashboard.
  • Request WhatsApp opt-out by replying with STOP or contacting us directly.

You may also email us at connect@affilaio.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe Request” and we will remove you manually.


5. Reporting Spam or Misuse

If you believe you’ve received an email or message from Affilaio without your consent:

We take all reports seriously and investigate abuse immediately. Offending accounts may be suspended and data removed.
