By accessing any of our websites (such as affilaio.com, hub.affilaio.com, affilaio.org, affilaio.in, affila.io, affilaio.net, go.superaffiliatejourney.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services.
1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use our platforms, register, or make purchases. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. License and Acceptable Use

5. Purchases, Billing, and Subscriptions
We offer one-time purchases, coaching programs, and recurring subscriptions. Prices are displayed in INR or USD, inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorize us or our third-party processors (e.g., TagMango with Razorpay or Stripe) to charge your payment method for all transactions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your account dashboard or via support. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Affiliate and Sponsored Products
We recommend and link to third-party affiliate products and services. Some links may generate commissions. We are not liable for third-party offers, performance, fulfillment, or user experience.
7. User-Generated Content and Feedback
By submitting testimonials, reviews, posts, or media, you grant Affilaio a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and display your content in all media now known or later developed for promotional, educational, or commercial purposes, including advertising and social media. You must not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unlawful.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, templates, branding, visuals, and programs on Affilaio platforms are our proprietary intellectual property or licensed for our use. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Transmit malware, phishing content, spam, or offensive material.
- Impersonate Affilaio or other individuals.
- Circumvent our platform security features.
10. Availability, Interruptions & Changes
Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime or error-free operation. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue parts or all of our services at any time without notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affilaio and its founders, partners, licensors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or missed income arising from your use of the services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Affilaio and its coaches, trainers, students, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of the services
- Your violation of laws or third-party rights
13. Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct
Users participating in Affilaio forums, memberships, or private groups must:
- Treat others with respect and refrain from abusive language or personal attacks.
- Not promote competing products or services.
- Avoid sharing private or copyrighted content without consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these community rules.
14. Earnings Disclaimer and Business Results
Affilaio makes no income or performance guarantees. Testimonials and success stories shared on our platforms represent individual experiences and do not constitute promises. Results vary based on many factors, including effort, industry, and experience.
15. ADA and Accessibility Notice
Affilaio strives to make our platforms accessible to users with disabilities. If you encounter accessibility barriers, please contact connect@affilaio.com with a description of the issue, and we will take reasonable steps to improve access.
16. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Some of our services rely on integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., TagMango, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). Your use of those services is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
17. Dispute Resolution
You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before initiating legal action. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration or mediation governed by Indian law, unless otherwise mandated by your jurisdiction. Venue shall be in Kannur District, Kerala, India, unless otherwise required.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and international agreements where applicable, including consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA).
